Add a menu function (or right click pop up menu) to the CT for CKs

Add a right click menu function to the CT for CKs to allow a CK to roll initiative to a single entry (PC,NPC).

Doesn't this already exist? It's small and at the top left corner.

Or is this about changing what's there to target faction more specifically? For deleting current options are "All non-friendly" and "only foes". For initiative current options are:
- All
- NPCs only
- PCs only
- Clear all

Yes.

Then the only thing I would like to see is a right click to roll a initiative on a single CT actor. I'll change this idea to cover that.

The delete option form a right click would be nice, but with the menu there it would be low priority.
