Experience Calculation for Encounters

Option to calculate an encounter's XP total when HP has been determined, and store the value for later use.

The XP value would likely be stored in one or more of three places:

- Backfilled into the Encounter that's added to the CT.
- Filled in a copy of encounters dropped into the CT.
- As an encounter entry on the Party Sheet's XP tab.
